Ingredients

cooked spinach

grated Pecorino

Preparation method

  • Squeeze the water from the spinach and finely chop.
  • Mix with the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a mould.
  • Depending on its size, bake in an oven at 175°C for approx. 12 minutes.

Serving suggestions

  • As a vegetarian dish on its own.
