olive oil

Preparation method

  • Preheat the sous vide system to exactly 64°C.
  • Rinse the squid tube well and cut into long, thin strips.
  • Mix with the salt and pepper and olive oil. Put into vacuum bags and pull vacuum.
  • Cook in a preheated sous vide system for ten minutes.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with components of tomato, potato, black olive, and onion.
  • Serve with components of fennel and citrus.
