Ingredients

head of broccoli, florets only |

green tea salt |

tbsp |
samphire salt, dried samphire |
Preparation method
- Cut the florets from the broccoli stalk.
- Steam the broccoli until tender.
- Crush the salt in a mortar with the dried samphire.
- Pass through a sieve and sprinkle over the broccoli.
Serving suggestions
- As a vegetable garnish, e.g. with fillet of hake, mussels or langoustines.
- As a component in a composition with mushrooms, soy, seaweed, garlic or potato.
