Ingredients

flank steak

corn starch

spring onion

avocado

garlic soy sauce

Preparation method

  • Cut the flank steak into small cubes and sprinkle over the corn starch.
  • Heat a wok pan on a high heat.
  • Fry the meat in a dry wok until browned.
  • Add a small amount of oil.
  • Add the spring onion and avocado.
  • Deglaze with the garlic soy sauce and stir to combine.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with lime and sesame seeds.
  • Serve with butter lettuce or little gem lettuce leaves in which the guest can roll up their meat.
