Preparation method

  • The day before making, drain and hang the yoghurt.
  • Season the drained yoghurt with olive oil, pepper, salt, and cumin to taste.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve as a component of a dish with braised cabbage, radish and lentil sprouts.
