Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Combine the yoghurt and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour into a cheesecloth and hang over a bowl in a refrigerated area for 1-2 days.
  • Add the sugar.
  • Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and fold into the hangop.

Serving suggestions

  • Can be used as a component in a dessert with red fruits and hangop whey jelly.
