Preparation method

  • Allow the butter to come up to room temperature.
  • Beat the butter and mix in the strawberry coulis.
  • Roll the butter in plastic film and store in the refrigerator.

Serving suggestions

  • As a luxury butter spread for a croissant or on toast or to be served with a breakfast buffet.
  • To finish a strawberry crèmeux.
