This is a dream combination: deliciously refreshing dairy products paired with strawberries. As only a small amount of sugar is used, the ingredients retain their natural flavour.

Preparation method

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly.
  • Sieve through a fine hair sieve.
  • Whip lightly with a hand-held blender just before use. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with strawberry, citrus and yoghurt. 
  • As a component in a composition with blue berry, vanilla and almonds. 
  • This component is also suitable as a basis for dishes such as mousse, crème or ice cream.
