A simple strawberry sauce mainly sweetened with honey. This produces a delicate flavour.

Preparation method

  • Clean the strawberries. 
  • Boil all the ingredients together.
  • Blend  the mixture in a blender.

Serving suggestions

  • As a sauce in desserts, combined, for example, with mint, yoghurt or vanilla.
  • As a basis for further preparation such as sorbet, foam or gel.
  • Use in a composition with components of red fruit, citrus and chocolate.
