Preparation method

  • Allow the striploin to reach room temperature.
  • Rub the striploin with olive oil.
  • Place the striploin under the broiler and caramelise on all sides. Do this in 3 minute shots, with short rests in between.

Serving suggestions

  • This dish is perfect for sharing, such as a Sunday roast.
  • Serve with components such as potato, mushroom, onion, tomato, sweet pepper, courgette, or aubergine.
