olive oil

Preparation method

  • Allow the sirloin to come up to temperature, rub with olive oil, and grill on the water grill.
  • Slice neatly along the fibres.
  • Grill the cooked lobster on the water grill.
  • Serve together.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve as a surf and turf dish, e.g. with ratatouille, red wine sauce, and lobster sauce.
