Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Clean the mushrooms and cut into pieces.
  • Divide them between preserving jars or vacuum sealer bags.
  • Make the preserving liquid by mixing the remaining ingredients and heating the mixture so that the sugar dissolves.
  • Pour the warm liquid over the mushrooms and set aside to cool.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish in a salad or starter, e.g. with lamb’s ham, rocket, yoghurt, and chicory.
  • As a table garnish with an aperitif.
