Ingredients

quinoa flakes

Preparation method

  • Boil all the ingredients except for the quinoa until the mixture turns golden brown.
  • Remove the boiling mixture from the heat and add the quinoa.
  • Quickly mix and pour out onto a silicon baking sheet.
  • Roll out thinly between two silicon baking sheets and put in an oven at 160 °C.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until crunchy and golden brown all over.
  • Cut out into shapes of your choice.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish in a dessert, e.g. combined with ice cream, chocolate, and red fruits.
  • As a crunchy garnish in an amuse-bouche, e.g. with quinoa salad and rocket.
  • As an aperitif snack.
