Ingredients

sweet potato, raw and grated

spice mix (cinnamon, pink pepper, cloves, cayenne)

walnuts, finely chopped

Preparation method

  • Combine the butter, egg, and sugar in the bowl of the planet mixer and mix using the butterfly whisk.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients.
  • Transfer the mixture to a springform pan.
  • Bake the cake at 150°C for 60 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Decorate the cake with icing and small flowers.

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a dessert with components of citrus.
  • As a pastry or serve in a small version as a friandise with coffee or tea.
