Sweet potato cake (similar to carrot cake)
A different version of the popular carrot cake in which the sweet potato gives the cake a rich character.

Preparation method
- Combine the butter, egg, and sugar in the bowl of the planet mixer and mix using the butterfly whisk.
- Then add the remaining ingredients.
- Transfer the mixture to a springform pan.
- Bake the cake at 150°C for 60 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Decorate the cake with icing and small flowers.
Serving suggestions
- As part of a dessert with components of citrus.
- As a pastry or serve in a small version as a friandise with coffee or tea.
