Preparation method

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Heat the mixture in a bain-marie or thermo blender until it reaches a temperature of 82 °C.  

Serving suggestions

  • As a basic ingredient in a variety of chocolate dishes.
  • A surprising flavour combination with black garlic, onion syrup, and black beans.
