Ingredients

tangerine juice |
50 |
g |
sugar |
6 |
g |
agar agar |
Preparation method
- Bring all the ingredients to the boil and cook for three minutes.
- Pour the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Set to cool and allow to gel.
- Mix in a blender until you have a smooth, shiny gel and store in a squeeze bottle.
Serving suggestions
- As part of a dessert, e.g. with raspberry, chocolate, or banana components.
- As part of a friandise, e.g. with a chocolate and lemon crumble mousse.
