Preparation method

  • Rinse the cucumber and remove the seeds. Cut into strips 8cm long.
  • Combine the other ingredients and marinade the cucumber strips in this mixture.

Serving suggestions

  • As a vegetable side dish to accompany meat or fish dishes with a pronounced flavour, such as satay or spareribs.
  • You can refine the shape easily by chopping the cucumber into brunoise and using the salad for starters.
