Ingredients

ml

coconut milk

tbsp

fresh coriander, chopped

100

g

granulated sugar

tbsp

curry powder

ml

tbsp of Thai fish sauce (nam pla)

Preparation method

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Store the marinade in the refrigerator until use.
  • Cover the meat with the marinade and refrigerate for at least twelve hours. 

Serving suggestions

  • Traditionally used for beef.
  • Use to marinade chicken thighs or wings before grilling them over an open fire.
