Preparation method

  • Combine the ingredients and blend them in a spice grinder.
  • Pass the powder through a fine mesh.

Serving suggestions

  • In a composition, e.g. with lobster components, onion broth, blood sausage purée and a tomato chip.
  • Perfect in a composition with avocado, bell pepper, and chilli.
  • Delicious with sea bass ceviche, kumquat, and coriander.
