coarse-grained mustard

egg whites

Obulato paper

Preparation method

  • Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Lay the Obulato paper on it.
  • Mix together the beaten egg white, mustard, and some salt.
  • Spread the mixture onto the Obulato paper. 
  • Dry in a drying oven at 65°C.

Serving suggestions

  • As a crisp in a composition with cucumber, cabbage, chicken, lamb, cheese, pork, salmon, or fennel. 
  • In combination with components of cucumber, cabbage, chicken, lamb, cheese, pork, salmon, or fennel.
