Preparation method

  • Seal all the ingredients, except for the oil, in a vacuum bag and pull vacuum. Infuse for at least 24 hours.
  • Pour the contents of the vacuum sealer bag through a sieve.
  • Slowly mount in a blender or food processor with a neutral oil.

Serving suggestions

  • As a dressing for salads with strong flavours.
