vinegar

vanilla pod

egg yolks

Preparation method

  • Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix using a hand-held blender.
  • Add the egg yolk last and mix into a smooth mixture.
  • If the flavour is too strong or too sour add a little icing sugar to dilute the taste.

Serving suggestions

  • To marinate peeled cherry tomatoes.
  • With sautéed mushrooms.
