Ingredients

Preparation method
- Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix using a hand-held blender.
- Add the egg yolk last and mix into a smooth mixture.
- If the flavour is too strong or too sour add a little icing sugar to dilute the taste.
Serving suggestions
- To marinate peeled cherry tomatoes.
- With sautéed mushrooms.
