Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Crush the garlic and gently fry in the olive oil until soft and translucent.
  • Add the passata and reduce for ten minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Wash the chard and remove the stalks and the hard vein.
  • Roll out the pizza dough.
  • Spread the tomato sauce on top of the pizza dough.
  • Evenly sprinkle half of the cheese over the tomato sauce.
  • Top the pizza with the chard and the red onion.
  • Evenly sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chard and onion.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the edge of the pizza.
  • Bake the pizzas at 220°C for eight to ten minutes. The baking time depends on the thickness of the pizza dough.

  • Serve on its own as a snack or lunch dish.
  • Try different types of vegan cheese.
  • Finish with a fresh vegan or non-vegan pesto.
