Preparation method

  • Put the beans on to cook with the chicken stock, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, tomato, bay leaves, and pepper.
  • Once the beans are cooked, season with salt.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with poached egg and crayfish.
  • As a basis for various other preparations of white beans.
