Preparation method

  • Heat the farm-style yoghurt and the white chocolate to 35°C and pour into a suitable container. Set aside to firm up in the refrigerator.
  • Pipe little dots of the yoghurt-white chocolate ganache onto the plates.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with components of chocolate, melon, rhubarb or raspberry.
  • As a component in a friandise, e.g. as a filling for a bonbon or macaron.
