Greek, Turkish, or Bulgarian yoghurt or Dutch hangop

50

sugar

Preparation method

  • Dissolve the sugar in 50g of the orange juice.
  • Combine the yoghurt and the dissolved sugar.
  • Zest the citrus fruits with a fine grater and add the zest to taste.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish in sweeter soups, such as carrot or pumpkin soup.
  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with components of red fruits or citrus fruit.
