Raspberry toffee
The cream in this component provides for a warm taste sensation. The added salt gives the dish a more savoury appeal. In a dessert this will cause multiple taste buds to be stimulated, intensifying the experience. In this recipe a new flavour will be added by including raspberry coulis. If desired, this recipe can be made with any other fruit coulis.
