Butternut squash soup
Based on a Turkish recipe. The pekmez adds a lovely sweet flavour. Pekmez is a syrup made from grapes that is frequently used in Turkish dishes. You'll find it sold in Turkish supermarkets.
Recipe makes 4 liters.
