Cold avocado soup with tequila

An avocado soup is an ideal soup to serve chilled. As experience at the table has become more and more an essential part of the meal, the technique of serving this soup at the table shaken with a shot of tequila over ice (to cool it rapidly) will make it a guaranteed hit.
