Labneh
Labneh is a Lebanese dish traditionally enjoyed with manakeesh, a Lebanese flatbread. To make labneh, yoghurt is mixed with salt and drained through a cloth. This version includes garlic, but it can be left out. Labneh can be served as a sharing dish with raw vegetables or used as a sauce in recipes.
Makes 1600g of labneh.
