Cold prawn croquette with avocado
A variant of the shrimp croquette with the delicious flavours of South American cuisine. To get a crispy crust, the panko is deep-fried beforehand. The bonito flakes (also known as katsuobushi) add a lot of extra flavour to the crispy layer.
