Tzatziki
Tzatziki is a Greek side dish and is a fixture at every Greek meal. As with all national classics, there are local variants in the recipe. For example, some add wine vinegar or lemon juice, and some omit the dill. Others add herbs such as parsley or mint in addition to dill.
