Parsnip waffle
You can infuse the parsnip with many different flavours before serving, as it is a vegetable with a delicate yet distinctive taste. Here we made a waffle that you can make in any shape or size. If you like, you can cook these little waffles plain or mix them in advance with a flavour enhancer of your choice.
