Hutsepot is a traditional Belgian one-pot dish with clear similarities to the French pot-au-feu. It features a mix of root vegetables and meat, slowly simmered together for a hearty, comforting meal. While it shares some ingredients and the one-pot method with the Dutch hutspot, the Belgian version is less like a mashed carrot and potato dish and more like a rustic stew.
