Harissa
Harissa is a North African hot red sauce that varies in composition from region to region. Here we give an example, but harissa can also contain tomato or roasted peppers, for example. It is mainly used in North African countries when preparing soups, couscous, pasta, rice dishes and merquez. The sauce is also sold ready-made in tubes and cans.
