Korean marinated chicken for wraps
This preparation of chicken is used for traditional Korean wraps also called Ssambap. Lettuce leaves are filled with meat, rice and ssamjang sauce. 'Ssam' means wrap and 'bap' means rice. In western Korea, they are usually filled with 'gali' (ribs) or 'bulgogi'. This version is made with chicken.
