Hogweed sauce
The taste of hogweed is hard to explain; lemongrass, mandarin, cardamom, but really it just tastes like hogweed. The giant hogweed has quite a bad reputation because contact with its sap can lead to burning. Common hogweed and giant hogweed are easily distinguished by size but be careful when picking the seed.
