Stuffed rhubarb flower stalk

Every year, we drive down all the rhubarb fields we know in search of rhubarb flower stalks. Rhubarb does not flower every year and only 1 or 2 flower stalks per plant. Labour-intensive but the flavour is many times more refined than the normal stems, which makes it worthwhile.
