Crab steamed in beer
Vietnamese cookbooks always feature a number of recipes with crab, it is considered a delicacy there. In this recipe, crab is steamed in beer, the recipe, like other Vietnamese dishes, is said to have been influenced by the French settlers. The crab steamed in beer is called ‘Cua Hấp Bia’.
