Vietnamese cod fish cakes
These deep-fried Vietnamese fish cakes called Chả Cá Chiên are quite different from Thai fish cakes (taud man pla). These fishcakes are a speciality originating in Quy Nhon. The chả cá chiên fish mince can be coarsely or very finely ground to determine the desired texture of the fishcakes.
