Wafer-thin ice layer
A spectacular way to present cocktails and desserts. A clever trick allows you to create wafer-thin floating ice layers that you can use to serve a dessert (amuse) on. Also very nice to serve with a cocktail. The guest taps the ice layer, which then serves as a subtle cooling of the cocktail.
