Quiche Lorraine
The traditional quiche is prepared with brie dough (Pâte brisée) although nowadays puff pastry is often used. The main ingredients for the filling are eggs, cream, and salted bacon. Cheese is often added as well. So we give that as an optional ingredient in this recipe.
Recipe for 1 cake with a Ø of 26 centimetres.
