Cream of cauliflower and vanilla
Cauliflower can be used in amuse-bouches, starters, mains, and sometimes even desserts. It has an accessible and easy-to-mix flavour. You can add whatever you like to it; the cauliflower cream will absorb other flavours beautifully.
