Strawberry with kalamansi gel and basil
In terms of flavour, the sweet strawberry combines perfectly with fresh-sour flavours. We chose kalamansi here because it has a delicious aroma in addition to the acidity of citrus, which in turn pairs perfectly with fresh basil. Instead of kalamansi, you can also choose a gel of lime, lemon, orange or grapefruit.
