Millionaire's shortbread with peanuts

Shortbread is an English biscuit. The millionaire’s shortbread is a rich variation of it, consisting of several layers, each with its own flavour and texture. Typically, it includes a crispy base, a creamy middle layer, and a sticky top layer.
