Oven-baked kingfish with sweet pepper glaze
This popular fish is often simply called 'kingfish' or 'Yellowtail'. The fish is widely used for sashimi but so much more can be done with it. The paprika glaze gives a fresh flavour that goes well with the fatty fish.
