Vegan vanilla ice cream
We have chosen vanilla in this recipe, but there are endless variations on this basic vegan ice cream recipe. Cortina is an ice-cream emulsifier and stabilizer that is used in ice-cream shops. It’s also very helpful to aerate foams and espuma’s.
