Yoghurt and cranberry sorbet
A delicious and refreshing sorbet flavoured with yoghurt and cranberries. Cortina is an ice-cream emulsifier and stabilizer that is used in ice-cream shops. It’s also very helpful to aerate foams and espuma’s.
