Baklava with pumpkin seeds and cloudberries
Cloudberries are not usually used when fresh because picking them is very labour-intensive and because they contain tough pips. Nonetheless, their flavour is fantastic, so it is worth the effort. Frozen cloudberries are available, and the berries can be strained to remove the pips.
