Frozen olive oil tuile
This tuile of olive oil is a type biscuit dough, also called sablé, frozen together with extra virgin olive oil. We use Arbequina olive oil for this, which, with notes of lemon and grapefruit, is perfect for modern desserts. A relatively simple preparation with spectacular results. You can also use it as a sauce in your dessert, simply defrost it already before bringing it to the table.
